My Koma Komplex has begun emitting a high-pitch tone when it is plugged in recently.  This tone changes to a slightly higher pitch when the output range is set to higher voltages. 

I'm concerned this is a major defect in my unit.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  My unit is #391, one of the newer batch.

Hi, just bumping this thread; does anyone have a diagnosis for what might be malfunctioning to generate a high-pitch tone from the Komplex when it is turned on?
