No worries, I didn't actually send an email since I just assumed that people dealt with that stuff on the forum. I've sent a mail now so it should be in your mail box.
I've responded to your questions in the mail.
In short: Yep, flashed all sequencers several times - all appeared to be work out - no blinking stop LED that would otherwise indicate sequencer firmware flash failure. Flashed MIDI controller as well and I followed the instructions in the youtube video. Flashed boot loader - voltage on midi clock out raised from non-zero to some voltage level. After completing flashing of MIDI payload sysex file the voltage dropped to zero. That seemed reasonable to me.
If you have any diagnostic steps that we could try (detailed steps explaining what to hook up, what to do in what order and what to look for) please feel free to share it.
