Signal goes thru delay but is very low even with Gain In at max level, and it is distorted. Time and feedback knobs affect sound, cv also.
The only way to hear more clearly sound is to send it out to FK 4th gain channel.

It is also possible that an OPAMP before the delay section is damaged and won't amplify correctly.
