Hey there,

First time customer here. I submitted an order for a Komplex sequencer in late March and we're now in May and I'm yet to hear from anyone at Koma. I understand that this is a small company so I was just curious what the typical time is between order to the point where you might expect to hear back from someone. (we're not talking about time to delivery - just the time it would take for someone to send out information about the expected wait time) 

Since this is my first contact I'd be happy to hear from anyone with information about how this generally works :).

Hi Thomas,

when you place a pre-order you receive an order confirmation. Afterwards we try our very best to get everything done as fast as possible but quality is our utmost priority. We're currently examining the golden samples of the current Komplex run and should be able to deliver your pre-order in no more than 4 - 6 weeks. I should probably send out an update e-mail to all Komplex pre-orders as it's taking longer than expected. If you have anymore questions, please let me know!
