My Koma Field Kit radio does not seem to scan or have any output..

Should I replace the SI4865 IC or what is best way to troubleshoot?

It looks like there are a few threads in other forums with users that have the same problem and one replaced the IC with success...

Looks like the problem can be solved from changing the component. If it's not than you might look deep into circuitryy

If you don't rely on warranty I suppose your unit is an old one :))
