Komplex: Updating to fw 3.2 - Nelson Baboon - 06-26-2026
Hi. Used to own one of these years ago, and had to sell it. I am trying to buy one from a very nice Reverb seller, who is trying to update the firmware for me.
Wondering if anyone has an idea here. (hoping that he will also post here, and potentially provide more details).
He says that he went through the procedure and that it was successful, but when he checks the firmware on the machine, it still shows the old version. (I don't know which version that is - i suppose that might be relevant. i don't know if it was 3.1 or an earlier one).
I suspect that there is nothing wrong with the machine, but that there is simply a missing step, or perhaps this is normal.
I really want to buy this, so i hope someone knows what the issue might be. Thanks.
