Chromaplane Second Run Pre-Order Question - SaBr34 - 04-17-2025

Hi,

I'm wondering what the current status is on pre-orders for the second production run of the Chromaplane? Will they hit the store and be available for regular purchase or is it another limited run offered to early purchasers?

Hi! Currently, pre-orders for the second production run will ship in summer. We are currently fulfilling Kickstarter pledges, afterwards private pre-orders of the first production run, then reseller pre-orders of the first production run. Once we get to produce the second run, we will start shipping pre-orders in the sequence that they came in, currently looks like late June / early July.

The first batch sold out fast, so if you want to guarantee one, I’d definitely recommend locking in a pre-order. Once they stabilize production, they’ve hinted that the Chromaplane will become more of a regular catalog item rather than just a special run.

From what I’ve seen, the second production run of the Chromaplane is expected to be available for regular purchase, not just early pre-order customers. Exact dates haven’t been officially announced yet, so it’s a good idea to keep an eye on the store or subscribe to updates for the latest info.
